Terms of service

Last updated 9 October 2026

rythmify is run by [COMPANY NAME] d.o.o., [street address], [postcode] [city], Croatia, OIB [number], registered at the Commercial Court in [city] under MBS [number] ("we"). These terms apply to everyone who creates an account at rythmify.com.

1. What the service does

You upload a recording you have, and rythmify analyses it for your own practice: it separates the voice from the band, finds the beat, lays the words you paste out on a rhythm grid, and lets you play the recording back slowed down or transposed. The results are only ever shown to the account that uploaded the recording. Nothing you upload is shared with other users or published.

2. Your recordings and your words

You may only upload recordings and lyrics that you are allowed to use for private practice: for example a song you bought, or your own recording. By uploading you confirm that you hold the rights needed for us to process the file for you, and that doing so infringes nobody's rights. You keep every right you have in what you upload. We claim no rights in the analysis we produce for you beyond what we need to show it to you.

The service is for personal, non-commercial practice. You may not use it to distribute stems, lyrics or other material to third parties.

3. Accounts

Keep your password to yourself. You can delete your account at any time from the library page; this removes every recording and result in it, and cannot be undone. We may close an account that is used against these terms, including repeated uploads of material the uploader has no right to use.

4. Paying for analyses

[Fill in once payments exist: what a credit buys, prices including VAT, that an analysis starts right away on your express request and that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for it (Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16), how unused credits are handled, that fees are otherwise non-refundable.]

5. What we promise, and what we do not

The timing, chords and notes are found automatically and are often wrong in places; the tools for correcting them by hand are part of the product. We do not promise that any analysis is accurate, that a given recording can be analysed, or that the service is available at all times. Consumers' statutory rights under the Digital Content Directive (2019/770) as transposed into Croatian law are not affected by this.

6. Takedown

If you believe material on rythmify infringes your rights, write to [takedown email] with the details listed on the contact page. We acknowledge every notice, act on it promptly, and tell the uploader why their material was removed. Repeated infringement leads to closure of the account.

7. Changes and law

We may change these terms; we announce changes on this page and, for changes that matter, by email. Croatian law applies. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their own country. Complaints can be sent to [complaints email]; we answer within 15 days. The EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
