Reporting material that infringes your rights

Everything on rythmify is private to the account that uploaded it; nothing is published. If you nevertheless believe an account holds material that infringes your rights, send a notice to [takedown email] with:

• your name and contact details, and whose rights you represent;
• the work concerned and why you believe it is held without permission;
• whatever lets us find it (the account's email address, a song title, a date);
• a statement that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to act.

We confirm receipt, decide without undue delay, tell you the outcome, and give the uploader a statement of the reasons for any removal. This is our notice-and-action procedure under Article 16 of the Digital Services Act.
